Some of us are still finishing modern sporter builds. I could buy a complete windham 20” AR, you keep the receiver, and I’d still save money compared to buying Canadian mish-mash parts

Leaving them in the warehouse to purchase at a later - legal date might be an interesting prospect.

You are correct, you do not need an RPAL to purchase the parts but you do to have a handgun.

That is correct, a restricted PAL is only for the receiver or registered part of the gun, you do not need one to purchase the parts.

So I will assume you will not ask for RPAL then since they are all parts??

I think you are referring to ITAR regulations. Whenever I ordered off Brownells it was $500 limit.

There is a license application that is filed and associated with the export of all defense products so there is no value limits to the end user.
