Can a store keep my fully transferred handgun from me

Will be hard for the OP to cave in an pay the $15 after 32 pages of posts, pissing publicly against the dealer ( with reasons) and no contact with the dealer ( understanding after all the crap written and Op posts ).
My guess is…his case is under a pile til he pays.

Unless one or the other move, nothing will go forward.

Money is better spend supporting the different legal chalenges that will benefit all gun owners if won, than putting money toward shipping fees for somebody who can pay but do not want to…for principles or others reasons.

Yes, I was being sarcastic. I fully agree with the OP in principle however these are different times and there likely won't be any other option for him if he wants the item he ordered. Things like reporting it stolen are bad ideas to me.

LOL, gun orgs can't even sort out the 25 round Ruger mag issue
I consider the orgs just grifters now.

I am talking about the legal chalenges..such as ATRS and Wolverine.
The guns orgs cannot fix anything. The RCMP and the Libs are the only one in power who can put or remove constrain. Maybe you have not seen the IOC , C21 and the Handgun freeze in the work ?

No gun sent, they refuse to respond to my inquiries and altho I don't want one they have not refunded me my purchase so they have my gun and my money and refuse contact with me:popCorn: So ya Tenda is a POS store that I will never ever deal with again and still waiting to see I guess what happens

So do you have a plan on what you are going to do, or just perpetual popcorn eating? Assuming Tenda refuses to give in, are you going to leave your gun there for months? Years? Decades?

You'll spend more in popcorn than the $15 you won't give them in shipping. What about just cancelling the insurance (which is all but useless anyway) and getting it shipped without?

Well I had emailed the Ontario CFO again and she looked into it again and found that Tenda lied about a few things to her and did some things they were not allowed to do legally speaking and she had to give them a slap on their pee pee which apparently kicked over a hornets nest there because today I had multiple calls and emails from their accounts manager and multiple phone calls from their owner all trying to figure out how they can fix all the things they F'd up so that was something :)

Going to have to see what they come up with because they done messed themselves up pretty good and I am not going to help them fix it since it was entirely them that dug the hole and jumped into all on their own.

LOL

The unusual timing of the handgun ban complicates things. But I applaud the OP for a principled stand. Grifting a customer over such a small amount. Guaranteed this thread cost them many multiples of their gift, in bad faith on a board with thousands of members.
They did the same to my wife, she paid the extra $32 and then ordered a Kadet .22 kit from another retailer. They missed out on a $649 sale over $32 in shipping insurance fees. Kinda bit them in the a$$ on our purchase.

Stop being so reasonable…there’s no entertainment value in that…

It would have been nice if they just shipped it instead of charging you extra - I no longer buy from Tenda think my last purchase from them was about two years ago - I just go elsewhere

Interesting turn indeed. Looks like the OP is gonna get his gun after all, good for him. Pics when it arrives.

Glad to hear!

Wonder if there will be an infraction ($$$$) or potential firearms resellers license issues (not sure what it's called) if they did lie to the government. If so, might it even push an audit of their business.
