Neat-O, how much did you pay for the Glock? A good condition 1st Gen is collectible in my eyes.

I think it was about $450...something like that.

I consider this gun a modern day classic! It's the one that "started it all" for Glock...I've always wanted one. I much prefer 1st and 2nd generation Glocks to 3rd generation ones...I'm not crazy about the fingergrooved grip frame on the latest ones...although I don't mind them on my G27.

I've got a 2nd gen. G23 on the way, as we speak.

The first gen is way better made/10 times more durable than the new ones.
