Since you're in BC call 1-800-731-4000, press 1, press 1, press 9530. This is the BC CFO extension. They will approve up to two transfer per call. Ask for the approval to be sent to you and then you can forward it to PR so they can ship. Otherwise you might be waiting a whole lot longer.

I've heard they stop phone approvals at 2 pm to focus on approving transfer requests in the queue, their office works till 5pm. They open at 830am call in then and you should get through quick.

I managed to get through today and got two transfers in!! Imagine my disappointment when I open the PDF's and see one transfer is has the wrong ref. number (off by one digit).

How does BC CFO approve a transfer for Ontario buyer??? You guys lost me here...
If the seller is from BC he can call the BC CFO to have the transfer approved.
