Yes they do. Never had an issue with them. A couple of the chemicals cannot cross the border cuz of Canadian regulations. Right now cannot remember which ones.

Do you mean https://www.muzzleloaderbuilderssupply.com/ or just parts suppliers in general? MLBS stopped shipping to Canada last year - Track of the wolf still does, but shipping costs are pretty high.
Most of the others still ship to Canada but parts supply is very low ATM so getting parts is tough (specifically barrels)

I bought from MLBS & TOTW about equally, preferred MLBS because of better shipping rates - both are excellent in the customer service department.

Aqua Fortis of any description (though you can still get Ferric Nitrate crystals shipped), all bluing and browning solutions, pretty much any liquid really ... My guess is that it either has to do with EN/FR labeling laws and/or restrictions on some liquids. (i.e. they don't want the hassle of figuring winch liquids can be shipped so they won't whip any)

On their web site it states that they no longer ship outside the States

Depends what you are looking for but The Muzzleloading Emporium has most of what you are looking for. Quite fast and didn't seem to be to expensive.
