I was at The Gun Dealer yesterday getting some duck hunting shells and a guy was there selling a Remington 700 PCR. Apparently he got it as a present from his wife after retirement from the army.His wife had a stroke and he is selling it to buy medical equipment for her.Quite sad .I would buy it hands down xcept I got to get snow tyres for the truck so I am out. meh.
 
Build one? I got a new action and the chassis for around $1100, and added a nice custom barrel for just over $600. Barrel on mine is 16", but it could have been any length I wanted.

(edit: Mine is the non-shorty length handguard, but I think that's the only difference between the two?)
