remington 700 adl varmint barrel twist?

Hello to all remington guru's out here! I purchased a rem 700 adl varmint in 308 win. and was doing a research on barrel twist of this particular rifle. some websites I found says 1:14 and some 1:12. anyone own this rifle? Thanks in advance.

Well, if it is an actual adl and not a frankenrifle someone put together, 60's or 70's. In any case, all the Rem 308's Ive owned were 1-10, except for a couple of custom shop rifles that were 1-12. I suggest the OP put a cleaning rod and jag in the barrel and measure it. - dan

It’s what I was thinking considering most 700 308Win fall in between 1:10, 1:11’ish for the 5R Milspec) or 1:12
