Very nice! Man, I love 3rd gen Smiths. I would have loved to have added a few more to the collection like a 5906 and 4506 to match my 1006.

Owned one of these for years and it was the most accurate pistol I have ever shot. This is the one gun I truly wish I never sold. Good on ya. You wont regret buying this amazing piece.
Now I just need to get my eyes fixed so I can do justice to this fine handgun. Going to try shooting it in PPC semi-auto, but these 61 year old eyes get a little fuzzy past 10 yards lol

My last pistol is going to be a Mauser C96 when the transfer goes through. It's gorgeous, original, and yes, I overpaid. It was a panic buy, but I don't regret it at all.

Luckily I was able to pick up a Manhurin MR73 as my last pistol. My only regret is missing out on a Beretta M9. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to buy it in my US based company and shoot it when I go down to the USA.

My first and last will be a S&W 686-4 target champion. Still waiting on the transfer. It's been over 6 months lol
My last pistol was a 7.5" Ruger New Vaquero in .45 to replace the one I sold a year or so ago. It's all blued with the cheapish factory stocks. The one I sold had the Ruger "ivory" and their version of color case hardening on the frame.

Nice! I also have a Ruger Bisley new Vaquero in .45 coming my way. It has the bright on bright, Stainless/ faux ivory, and the 5.5" barrel. Although I usually shoot my DA's in SA, I've never actually had a "cowboy" SA six gun and I can hardly wait.

Glock 17 Gen 5 MOS. Got it from Marstar and believe it mY have been their last one. I got lucky, for once. Price was very fair in my opinion too.
The list was long, but the funds were short. I did however manage to pick up a Bul Armory Government 1911 in 9mm as my last purchase. It was a private sale and just got approved a few days ago. Now I just need to track down the seller and go get it !
I doubt there were more than a very small handful sold at retail after the freeze. These have been in short supply since pre COVID.
Glock 17 gen 5 was my first non rimfire pistol. Was watching them before May 31 thinking I would get one some day. Before the ban announcement, gen 3 or 4 were running $650-750 at the time. Once ban was announced and all mayhem took place I panic ordered a standard Gen 5 FS and got it for $825. I thought I had been swindled and paid too much but it was not long after that i realized with the ban, $825 was a bargain. Snooze ya loose I suppose.
Yep, it took me quite a bit of hunting around. When i found it..."she" was the one. I didn't dicker with his price. Gave him every penny.
