Just wondering if anyone could give me an idea of the value of a box of 1962 vintage Swiss 7.5 pistol ammo? Mint condition. I have 3 boxes that a friend is interested in and I would like to determine a price fair to both of us. Thanks in advance.

I've owned several boxes. I paid $75 each from CSS. Unfortunately, most of them were duds. These are 60 year old black powder loads, and the slightest bit of moisture over time renders them useless. They really only have value as collectors items, and yes, they are getting exceedingly hard to find these days.

IIRC, the last Cartridge collector I bought one cartridge from, I paid, IIRC, $5 for a single.

If I were offered three decent boxes, for $120, I would not hesitate at all.

If you are happy, and your friend is happy, then all is well in the world, eh?
