Super happy to pick up my now restricted PPK from the gunsmith. Was able to finish the transfer just before the freeze took place, took about 7 months for the transfer to take place.

IMHO, those nubby barrels just scream Canadian oppression! Hopefully, future laws will allow it's freedom returned.

Although I'm seriously considering my AR to be dewatted. So I guess it's more 'bout appearance, than function for me.

Have you shot the PPK yet?

Back in the day I had a sweet PPS but the thing sliced my hand up every time I shot it and for a little gun, the 380 ACP has a very snappy recoil, making it not the nicest gun to shoot.

I have a 12 (6) ppk in 380 (and a pre war in 32), and the recoil is pretty snappy. Never had it bite my hand yet. Accurate little thing too. - dan

I’ve got big hands, I got bit fairly regularly, usually around the 3rd shot. Got rid of it pretty quick. My PP in .380 is a joy to shoot. It’s going in my coffin with me (fully loaded with one up the spout, I may need it where I’m going). It would break my heart to see it destroyed.
