Not that he wouldn't like to but this is a pump action shotgun. As of right now is not being affected by any current legislation, both passed or pending, according to my knowledge.

Not currently. If you haven't actually read the amendment then maybe just don't speak. In the case of pump-action firearms I guess since firing the cartridge unlocks the action in preparation for the "pump" to load the next cartridge, it could possibly considered "semi-automatic" as defined in C-21.

Did you read the amendment? Or do you not understand how a pump-action firearm works? Wording is important considering the implications. Of course a pump-action is not what anyone would call a semi-automatic firearm but my reading comprehension is apparently better than yours if you don't understand what I am saying.
