I received my order and 1 of the lights I purchased doesn’t work out the box, I emailed CS but no response so I tried the after sale replacement request. Hopefully I hear back, disappointing because it happened to be the one I really wanted to bring for my upcoming trip. On a positive note very fast shipping and my other light is awesome.

Hi I received a reply from CS today but I’m not sure if there is a misunderstanding I seem to have better luck here. A video may help https://youtube.com/shorts/ge2iqlJ4d8k?feature=share if there is a better way of posting videos my bad I couldn’t figure it out.

Thanks much appreciated. Ive have not heard back from CS since I last emailed, and I noticed the item was out of stock on the website would I have to wait until next shipment?
