I have a transfer completed, received new registration certificate, but no email. Sent copy of new certificate to vendor but they won’t ship the pistol without the email….. now going I’m circles with Ontario CFO to get approval email resent !!!! It’s ludicrous to have so many hoops
keeping in mind that it should be going faster... not slower... there are no new transfers coming in...
How do 2 transfers started within a week of each other in August have a now 6 week gap in approval with no new ones coming in?
I guess people still do not understand goals of the governments
1.do it as slowly and expensively as humanly possible, preferably to never have it done
2. ban everything what the law-abiding citizens can legally possess and do
3. let criminals run freely to scare the plebs to voting for us for "safety" so we can do more of 1. and 2.
I don't think there is a que or any sort of system there.
I know a couple who did their pal+rpal course together, both mail in the paperwork together and she got approved in time to get her hands on some handguns and he was waiting long after that and missed out on getting some in his name.
That would really bite the big one.
here is how based on math,
Assuming everything is linear, the delay is propagated by procrastination on a rate of 5/6, causing the two cases submitted 1 week apart to be approved in a 6 week gap.
The above deduction insinuates they only works 1/6 of the time, that translates to 1 hour and 15 minutes working time a day.
