Anyone using the 6mm 95gr Hornandy SST?

Don't use factory ammo myself, but as long as your rifling twist is right for heavy bullets(most commercial hunting rifles are rifled for deer bullets. 1 in 9 or 9.5) and your rifle will shoot the ammo well enough, it'll do nicely for both. The coyote hides might get torn up if you're keeping the hides though.
Using the same rifle for deer and varmints is a good thing. Varmint hunting is great practice for other game.

Its not factory stuff.. I meant a box of bullets to reload.

dont worry about it, doesnt take much to confuse Sunray 
95 SST should work ok but I would try any bad angle shots or try to put the bullet through any shoulder bone on a deer. Coyotes, it should be fairly fur friendly due to its lower velocity and heavier jacket, compared to a Vmax

Did you mean that the SST is not good for bad angle shots or bone work?

Is there a better bullet for reloading in my .243 for deer?
exactly, and that goes with just about every 243 bullet available. It is just not heavy enough of a caliber to reliably turn marginal shots into quick kills.
If I was to load 243 for deer I would first try 85 grain Barnes Triple Shock X. If they didnt shoot accurate, I'd try 95 or 100 grain Nosler Partitions. If they didnt shoot, Id take a hard look at the gun and find the problem

"...Is there a better bullet..." Not so much being better as it is a bit heavier, but the Speer 105 grain SP works well. Shot placement is critical, of course.
