Magazine pinned to 5, who is responsible?

The person who originally pinned it, wasnt sure if it was for a pistol or a rifle. So they averaged it out 5+10=15 div by 2, 7.5rnds. Rounded up to 8. Now its safe for pistols and rifles (NOT, just kidding!)

3 people died as a result of this improperly pinned magazine and it was the most amount of people in the shortest time, really and the AR 15 will blow your lungs out of your body as those WHO have no clue.
