At 50 yards my 88 Security shot about 12 inches high - was cleaning it the other day and felt a burr inside the barrel - removed the front brass sight - used a fine file and slowly removed the burr - when I installed the front sight I used a dab a blue locktight and made sure it didn't obstruck the inside of the barrel.
I think, this will solve it from shooting high - will update post after I take it out to the range to see if the problem persists. Note - if your not shooting slugs this may not even be an issue.

You have to make sure your face is well down on the stock so you are looking right across the top of the receiver. The bead sight has to be viewed right at the top edge of the receiver or it will shoot high. Lots of people are scaredy cats of a 12ga and so don't get the proper cheek weld and end up hitting high.
