I am confused. You asked about "sporting loads" and now are talking about a muzzle loader. What exactly is it you are looking for??.I have no desire to buy factory ammo since I can't afford a breechloading 8ga. I would however like a muzzle loading 8ga for deer hunting as I think that would be great fun
8ga are prohibited

OK, thank you. Had me scratching' me head. Circle Fly has wads for all gauges of muzzleloaders. https://circlefly.comI was looking to find out if sporting loads were still in production or not as a general curiousity. All I could find reference to on the internet was industrial use loads.
Thanks. I was wondering if the industrial cases could be used.
Does any company still make sporting loads in 8ga? I know a few companies make it for industrial uses could those loads be used in sporting arms?
The gun if you can call it the fires 8ga industrial loads for removing slag looks more like a breech loading cannon then a shotgun. The loads would blow up most sporting 8gauges.
