Maybe invite her to your shop and show around. It might end up being a mind blowing, world shattering, conversion experience.
Most BA aren’t complete idiots and can process hard facts, so give this poor soul a chance.

P.S. “research assistant” usually means grad student working on their thesis and paid from the supervisor’s grant money.
 
I’d be happy to BS my way through their little survey if they are willing to donate the $20 to Dlask or the CCRF. I won’t hold my breath on them taking me up on that offer though.

Man, this is insulting, this is absolute nonsense. How would anyone with criminal firearms charges be a customer and why would any who buys illegal firearms be dealing with a legitimate firearms business? They are barking up the wrong tree. Same mentality as the whole " the gun buy back does not apply to guns that have been used to commit a crime"
 
It's clearly a form letter sent to any of a number of people who have been identified with being part of the firearms supply chain.

If it was me, I would probably take the survey. I suspect 90% of the fields you will tick "Never Happened / Don't Know".
 
I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Instead of being offended that someone would ask the questions, an opportunity has presented itself to help educate someone here. By answering their questions and showing how we're law abiding, responsible gun owners, and how you've refused to have anything to do with any illegal firearms activity.

Its common knowledge that all illegal firearms in Canada are clandestinely manufactured in the walk in coolers inside big city Dairy Queen restaurants.

Make sure everyone takes the quiz and fills in that very important fact. We don't want them to think guns are smuggled into the country by inspiring rappers by mistake!
 
My thoughts are we educate her about legal gun owners and how they followed all the rules then tell her to take a rain check in the near future after the liberals turn us all into criminals because of rules they passed on the 11th hour that left us with no options can't sell, can't move, can't trade,doesn't have any effect on criminals, buy back dosen't exist . Speaking as an alumnus, SFU was ultra progressive when I attended ~20 years ago and has become even worse in recent years. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve unsubscribed from all communications and stopped making donations because everything they send out is dripping with lefty buzzwords and virtue signaling. Even the business school at SFU has gone fully woke.

With a few notable exceptions (e.g. Gary Mauser, Alexander Moens), SFU stands alongside Cuba, North Korea and China as one of the few places where communism remained ascendant after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
