Glock for sure, hell, get two for the prices they're going at today. There's am entire aftermarket industry dedicated to this pistol:

I think they're the ugliest pistol ever made. But that doesn't mean that they're bad guns. I can't even shoot very well with a glock, but I bought one anyways $597 + taxes.

Seriously, find a friend or a range with both and give them a try. At the very least pick them up and drool on them at a store.
Trouble with asking a question like this is at the end of the day its only you who can answer it. Whatever feels better in your hand and/or you've always liked - the personal grin factor usually wins.
Bottom line is both are reliable, fun to shoot and affordable. Whether steel vs plastic, glock trigger vs da/sa, etc., etc. really is personal preference. And personal preference is mostly influenced when you actually give them a try.
