Glocks, Zev's Shadow Systems, PSA Daggers, P80s, Nomads and others. There is a lots of variety of the "perfect" pistol (once) available out there. As many here did during the Panic, I picked up a few frames with plans of completing them down the road. I added a PSA Dagger, A P80 fullsized frame and a Nomad 9 G19 sixed frame to the mix to go along with my Glock-Glocks. I ended up selling my MR918L in hopes of finding a MR920 Elite but had no such luck.
I attempted to replicate the MR920 with a Nomad 9 Frame which has features interchangeable back straps similar to the MR920 but does not include the Magwell. I topped it off with a Zaffiri Percision RMR slide, a Silencerco threaded barrel and a Holosun 508. I swiped the sights from my PSA dagger and threw them on there as well.
I am pretty happy with the way it turned out. It is pretty reminsicent of the Shadow system and it had proven to be quite fast an accurate.

I also put together a P80 fullsized with a Grey Ghost V2 Slide and a Lone Wolf Alpha Wolf barrel and topped it off with some Ameriglo supressor height night sights. I will probably also throw a Holosun 508 on this one but I may wait a while on that. I really like the grip of the P80. Its the perfect angle and the texture is nice an rough. Holster compatibility is a pain as it will not fit my Incog or any Safariland 6### holsters but it will fir the 7### holster, some times. I plan one changing out the mag release and the slide release as well.
I have yet to have this one to the range yet but it feels better in hand then my 17.4 and my work 17.5.

I am quite reqretfull that I was not able to ad a 19x, 40.4 and a 21.2 before the freeze but I am still happy I was able to pick up a few frames.
I will share my thoughts on some other Glocks as the thread progresses.

So what do you have? What did you build and which is your favorite?
 
Very nice! I’m actually disappointed in myself that I didn’t grab a few more frames while I had the chance. I did pick up a P80 g19 frame which I’m running a Brownells optic cut slide on. I threw a Holosun 407 and a set of Ameriglo Suppressor Height Night Sights on it. I threw one of the Saskatoon Gunworks barrels in it and it has been a fun package to run in IDPA and a couple of 2 Gun matches so far. I love the ergonomics of the P80 frame, I can get my hand up where I like it on the grip, and it feels fantastic in the hand. I’m currently looking at building another slide for a Gen3 ODG G19 frame I have, just haven’t decided on which slide to grab yet, but those GFG slides out of Ontario look good.
 
Last year I bought a DR920 and two Nomad 9F frames. One of the Nomads I bought an Advantage Arms 22 slide for. The other I'm thinking of a G34 build when funds allow.

ERMAGERD!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had known about this prior to the freeze, althought I don't recall seeing any up here back then. Truthfully, I never had any interest in the Not a Glock frames until the Panic started. I really only bought them as a way to hedge my bets so to speak.

Thanks! They are fun to build and it always helps having a pile of spare parts and take offs from old builds. It would be nice if all Gen's slides were interchangable.

Sweet blaster! Love the pops of red. Brownells Slide? What barrel did you go with and what magwell are you running there?

And yes, considering the amount of "OMG WHERE CAN I GET A GLOCK????" During the panic, I'm suprised there is not more discussion in this thread.
 
Thanks Pirate, I think it turned out well and I’ve been very impressed by its performance. I’m running an Agency Arms Syndicate magwell on it, they are really affordable ( like $35) and it seems well built. The backplate is from Classy Raptor and I’m running Ameriglo Suppressor Height Night sights on it for a perfect co-witness setup. It’s a Brownells optic cut slide.
I’m running one of the Saskatoon Gunworks barrels in it, I was originally going to run an Alpha Wolf I have but bought the SGW barrel on a whim. Turns out it is a remarkably accurate barrel, wasn’t really expecting much from a sub $200 barrel but it was good enough that I bought another one of their barrels as a spare lol.
I’ve got a Gen3 G19 frame that I’m going to build next, like you I enjoy having the spare parts to play around lol.
Love what you have done with yours also, they look fantastic, let us know how you like their performance when you get a chance to get out :)
