To make along story short I recently bought a 10/22 Timney Trigger(used) and when I received the parcel I got a 10/22 Timney Trigger however....not as described...I got bits and pieces. I believe that all (hopefully) the pieces are there. I am asking if anyone in the CGN
community can steer me to a business that will but it all together again...I tried finding schematics etc or Canadian business to repair with no luck...

if this is in the wrong forum ...admin. plz move

Great advice from M&P40. Most people shouldnt try playing with triggers on guns. Hence why you probably received the basket case one you bought. Should out the culprit of the shady deal to prevent others from suffering the same fate.

I've sent a Timney Elite trigger back to them in the US when I was having an issue with one. Was no problem getting it there and back. Was about a year ago, so well within current bureaucracy BS. I thought I would have issues, but ended up with a smooth sailing shipment there and back.

Maybe call/email Timney and send it to them.

That sucks, hopefully timney is able to fix you up. I've played with Ruger 10/22 trigger groups before, but that's only because the stock ones suck so bad. I figure if I screw it up beyond repair, that just means I get a good one.

Well I’m quite confident you’ll be taken care of by Timney. They have been around a long timeand make great triggers. I hope you get it back to where it should have been when you bought it!!

Told me he was local but didn't want to meet FTF...all I can say I should have known better...I'm getting soft in my old age...It was NOT here on CGN..

So, this 'might not' concern me since I'm in NB, but if he's on GP you should drop his name here in case he deals 'out of prov' too. "Townpost" is full of 'un-clued' postings so I don't deal with them, but I've found some 'deals' on GP "out of NB".

Only real way to bugger them up good is to play with the sear area, but who would do that! I guess some buhba could find a way.

I had the one I sent out to Timney fixed in no time and sent back to me, no cost besides my initial cost of shipping it there, but then again it was a new trigger. They replaced a bunch of the sear parts.

I buy only Kidd now, for the ones I want to keep and run for myself.

I'm sure Timney will repair, although there may be a bit of a cost to you.
