I like all the upgrades on T3x better than the T3, as far as recoil goes, its subjective. I've seen guys state they will never shoot anything over 140 gr in there t3 7RM's. If the stock doesn't fit you well then recoil isn't as manageable.
That seems to be the case, even on this site! I just bought 2 brand new Tikkas for doner actions as it was cheaper than buying used! Dont know what people are thinking…
