Thinking about picking up a Mcarbo trigger kit, would be nice to have a better trigger for shooting sabot slugs out of the rifled barrel. Wondering how much better the trigger can get

Also looking to pick up a sling swivel stud to go in the mag tube cap as my barrel didn’t come with the front sling mount, but I can’t seem to find one anywhere to screw in to the threaded cap

It looks like just a lighter trigger return and hammer spring. It should just lower the pull weight. The reason the factory springs are heavier is so that the gun will continue to work reliably in poor conditions, so there is that compromise.

If the pull weight of the stock trigger is a problem for you, then I'd think about it. But it's not going to do anything to smooth out the trigger pull, in fact it could make the trigger pull feel more bumpy. But it's a cheap experiment if you want to try it, and would be easy to resell if you didn't like it. If I were in your shoes, I'd probably try it. But I'm a tinkerer, and I like to see what if...?
