I do not believe in safe queens. What good is having a rifle that you never get the enjoyment of shooting. Chances are, the person who inherits your rifles when you croak will not have the same love and appreciation for them and will either sell them and make a fast buck or shoot them and get the enjoyment you should have gotten. Now, if the rifle has some great historical importance and you leave them to a museum who will actually want them, then I could understand hiding them in the safe.
