F Open triggers?

Most people use a Flavio or Bix and Andy.
How does the Triggertech Diamond compare to these favourite triggers?
Any problems with it?

I have a B&A on my Vudoo & a Triggertech diamond on my Wichita 6BR. Both triggers are excellent, it's hard to pick a favorite.

F open rifles have trigger weights below 8oz, the majority have them set around 2oz. The reliability of your trigger needs, will be determined on your trigger pull weight. Light triggers weights (2oz) Flavio and Bix and Andy have great reputations for trigger weight, consistency and reliability. MY TT trigger can not be set that low

TT is not in the same category as B&A, at least not for a 2 stage.

I run an Anschutz 5018 two stage trigger in one rifle and a TT diamond two stage in the other.

The Anschutz is far superior.

Yess, the still are. I know many F-Open and F-TR shooters using Jewells. I simply have a preference for a two stage trigger.

Not a diamond.
pull weight of diamond approx 4oz to 32.

my jewel has just over 98000 rounds on third barrel,set at 6 oz ,clean with light fuel ever time i shoot it

I just shot the Kamloops F-Class match this past weekend, and there are predominately single stage triggers in most of the top end guys rigs. A few of us run 2-stages, and the BixnAndy 2-stage is amazing. I don’t feel I give anything up running a 2-stage, with almost all the top end trigger makers nowadays, it’s more personal preference then one make is better then others. I’ve used Jewels and Triggertechs the last couple years as well, and they were very good too. All good choices.
(P.S. Kamloops match this weekend was a fantastic experience, extremely well run and super friendly group who run it, would recommend anyone, from beginner to pro, to come to a shoot there). We drove 9 hours from Edmonton and was definitely worth our time. Will be back for Westerns and year end match there too. Same goes for the Calgary F Class matches. No excuse to not come and try it. You’ll be hooked after one match though, be warned!

Jewel and TT Diamond for me. There might be better; but I’m reasonably sure that it would be wasted on me.
