I think we all are getting close to our last one. I am looking forward to receiving it but it will be a sad day knowing that this could be our last handgun purchase. I am thinking positive that the PC will win the next election and overturn this mess.

They have to !
I still need a Chiappa Rhino , Jericho 941DA and a Walther PPQ

Just and heads up, we’re seeing transfers started Oct 3rd to Oct 11th coming in right now. Different people appear to be doing different dates or have their own stack to process.

Last week was a better week for P2P approvals with 16 transfers reported as being approved. Approvals were approximately 1 day behind the B2P approvals as they should be. The P2P approvals tend to fall behind over the weekend but pickup midweek. The highest P2P reference number being approved this week was 60460XX. Not long until they are all done but it depends on how many are done this week during March Break.

I want to thank Great Northern for creating and maintaining the database as well as everyone else that contributed data for it. As a business owner in Ontario it has been an invaluable asset. It’s allowed me to schedule staffing requirements for handgun shipping, re assure customers that the transfers will get done and give them approx transfer approval times. It’s save me a lot of time and resources…plus saved many potentially lost sales due to people frustrated with long wait times.

I’d also like to thank the employees at the CFO’s office for working on the weekends. I know some of you will say it’s great money for them but in reality they don’t have to work overtime and not everyone wants to…plus it creates burn out in staff if to much is worked. By working overtime they probably shaved 4 months off the total transfer times. They weren’t prepared for a rush like this, no one was.

For all the hard work, we are sending Great Northern a free gun and some other goodies.

Have a great weekend,

Ryan

Agree with above and not to diminish the work that Great Northern has put into maintaining the chart but I think it was Wolf who created it back in mid August, based on info that was gathered by others previous to that. His accessing the RCMP ATI info was the data input that was the "stroke of genius" that really got the chart going along with the input from others who had solid reliable data, so just want to make sure credit also goes to him.

I can quite imagine as a business that this sort of info was valuable and thanks for your input on behalf of a business perspective also Ryan and crew. Looks like they continue to work through the weekend and will assume march break so this should be mostly wrapped up my the end of next week according tho the chart which has been very accurate up to now.

Yes, big thank you to everyone. Definitely a group effort keeping the chart updated and as accurate as possible. Thanks to everyone that contributed to the thread, posting their approvals and transfers. Hopefully there will be a day in the future where we’ll be able to resume the purchase of handguns.

From the chart data 83,299 restricted transfers between June and November with likely 99% being handguns and 75% new sales.
All those sales/transfers to honest law abiding licensed owners and not a single blip of an increase of gun crime by this same law abiding licensed owners.

JT is one of the best handgun salesmen, and fear spreading con man in history.
