This may be enough to tip me over the edge for Aratech Armour......

So how does sizing work with hard armour? The plate carrier I am thinking of will take any size up to & including large (but not XL), i am a 220lb 6' 1" male with athletic build.

Whats armour should I choose? Based on my size and the fact that the carrier can accept it large feels like the logical choice but can armour be too big? Is it better to select medium or small for better range of movement / less bulk (at the expense of smaller area of protection)?

Thoughts?

Gonna assume that since you responded to other posts but couldn't advise on my sizing question you dont want the business.

As a side note free shipping aint working for me either (for some reason I can no longer post images on CGN or I would upload the screen grab of my cart with the shipping charge applied)

Edit - figured out how to upload via image hosting.

You most likley need medium
Comercal sizing is 8x10 x10x12 11x14
We make US ESAPI sizing, the reason for this as they are longer and less wide.

If you have a cheap carrier they are sloppy enough to fit a bunch of sizes.
If its a good carrier it will need to be sized.
We also use 1peice ceramic that is the full size of the plate. Most cheap plates down do this.
Its a true edge to edge protection.
Most 10x12 plates only offer 8.75 x10 inch protection even less if they use tiles not 1 peice

That aligns with what I have read - medium is probably the best bet.

So how do I get the free shipping?

I still haven't received my plates. I also didnt receive a tracking number to see where they are. I emailed you folks to enquire but have not had a response.

Please advise.
