No, it’s not interchangeable.

For the reloaders...I have 95 pcs.once fired nickel 38 S&W casings that I no longer have a use for. Yours for the cost of postage...

I never have had trouble finding it, bought a couple of boxes of it not long ago from Budget for $45 a box of their Prvi brand ammo!

Before that I used to get it from Trade-Ex -
