Did you Know? We buy Handguns!

My executor is a trusted family member. I'm not going to make the task they've agreed to undertake more difficult and put them and my family in a possible legal jam by illegally selling or burying my handguns.

Maybe you should just put them into the wind now then.

The same result occurs if they are channeled "into the wind" now. My executor and family will at some point be asked to account for firearms that are registered to me.

Yes, they’ll be asked and if they can’t find them because of something you did before passing are they going to be hassled or charged for something they had no part of? Serious question.

Charged? Very unlikely. Hassled? Most definitely particularly if firearms once registered to me are discovered to have been involved in a serious crime.

Not enough prisons in Canada to hold all the FAS-D offenders and gang bangers.....you think they have enough real estate to hold you're [edited] offspring?

How arrogant. Harden up.

We WILL have fall guys. You may be perfect. Your children may be perfect.

Can we use your children for the harvest?

TSE: Can the executor/administrator of a will sell the prohib guns of the deceased testator to a biz like yours for the benefit of the estate/beneficiaries?

Absolutely! The executor can easily sell them to an appropriate business.

Please do keep in mind that there a bunch of businesses that CAN purchase these from the estate. However none can offer “market value “ based on any retail valuation as pockets are only so deep and every firearm business owner I know is just trying to keep as many firearms from getting shredded.
