Shoot or save for a cartridge collector? I have 10 of them.

So, of any interest to cartridge collectors or can I just shoot it for brass?Or is it super duper hunting ammo to be saved for real use?

CPE for certain. Sabre tips were white plastic tips, or black plastic, depending on the bullet weight I believe. (It could also possibly be related to date of mfg). The ones I had were different weights, but the boxes were also a few years apart in age ,so it might go either way..... catnip.

Not sure, wouldn’t surprise me if they made a 150gr variety but I haven’t seen any. All the old commercial .303 I have or have seen has been 180gr or 200gr, I’ve got a half box of 180gr sabre tips that were my dads.

The ones I had, 150's were black tips and the 180's were white. For sure made in both weights. .....catnip

Copper Point Expanding - I worked with a pair of old guides some 30 years back and they absolutely detested those bullets - unreliable expansion and they just got tired of chasing game down ..... So thankfully the CPE have not been made for years.
