A big murder of Ravens terrorize the fowl. Ducks and geese, lost one duck, and previously about a dozen chickens.
So, 40 years since I've shot a airgun. Know next to nothing about them, not even enough to ask good questions. Really haven't seen .22 cal pellets around, so .177. Little village with no shooting and lefties. Budget of say $300.
As per BC Hunting regulations and laws, there is no open season or killing of ravens in BC, at anytime, for any reason, period.
Ravens are a native species, and are not class B or class C wildlife...and are thus a protected species.
Further, some of the Gulf Islands are "no hunting" some of them are " no discharge of rifles", and just two of them, IIRC, permit some hunting of game animals, upland birds, and migratory birds, with restrictions.
I suggest improved husbandry practices to ensure that your livestock is well protected from ground predators and flight predators, alike.
