I thought canada post didn't ship ammo. I've just had my 3rd shipment of ammo ship CP, all of these in the last 5 months, did something change? 21 bucks shipping for 6 boxes 308 is pretty damn good. And I didn't choose shipping method on any of these, and 3 different stores.

Hmmm - That is interesting about Canada Post. I just received gun powder through Purolator from a gun store last week and I thought they didnt handle that ... so who knows. Maybe what they say vs what they actually do is 2 different things depending on how big a client you are.

I believe if a store/retailer arranges it, and probably pays a hefty fee, they can ship it. Would have to be a high volume store to justify the cost.

I've had stores and auctions ship to me can post. The auction, I bid on a large lot of 38spl in cases, supposed to be brass, when it arrived it was reloads.

Nothing changed, don't mention it

Canada Post handles over 1 million packages a day plus several million pieces of lettermail.
Properly packaged, clear, legible, correct and fully addressed boxes with correct postage don't get a second glance..

There are no business contracts for ammo.

Those stores knew what they were doing.
