Mine has been the opposite, so I had to punt them. And before you ask, that was with 3000, 3200, 4000 and 4200s. I could get them at the importers price and still won't use them.

BC-You may love this as well. I had a 4000 sent in for repair. When purchased it was the 'high end' bushnel. After many months of waiting/phoning/email. I received a note in the mail saying that parts were no longer avail. and for about $475 or so they would replace it. If I would have spent the extra $100 on the leupold in the first place, it would still be in service and I wouldn't have had to cough $650 for another. Live and learn. Bushnel warranty/service is near non existent. Get it right the first time, get a leupold. Mark
READ:Bushnel don't get fixed at all.Note that my latest issue with Bushnel was with an Elite, B+L, 6-24. No parts avail. for their 'best' scope avail. when I bought it. Prob cost $425 or so. Now I throw it in the trash and spent another $600 or so for another. If I'd bought the Leupold to begin with I would still have a working scope. And the pricks have the nerve to offer me the same scope for a 'deal' of $475. No parts for repair but still a current model?? WTF?? Getting more pissed with every letter typed. Bye, Mark
... does anyone actually have something to say about the 6500 yet?
