Anyone know what 33 HV is?

P14/ Enfield 1917 sporter...never heard of 33 HV! Looks like they bored out the factory barrel.

The BSA .33 HV was a belted cartridge intended for big game but it suffered a quick demise due to being loaded with bullets that were too light to do the
job on African game in the 1920's. The only factory loads available were 165 gr SP @ 3000 fps and 175 gr SP @ 2900 fps. The flanged version was called
the 330 BSA.
