Remington 700 SS 22-250 help decode

Hey group I just had a really nice Remington 700 SS 22-250 handed down to me.
I was trying to decode the serial over the last couple Nights with no luck.
Serial starts with S63881**

Not sure what to suggest about the serial number. But the rifle is a clearly described model. In the early 2000s that was sold as a VSSF - Varmint, Stainless, Synthetic, Fluted. It came in 2 or 3 chamberings, including .308. The stock is a well made heavy H&S Precision overmold of an aluminum chassis. The fluting supposedly reduced heat build up.
