this looks interesting SW M and P FPC

Non-restricted, in stock! Price is ok. Note the photos are the 16.5" barrel, the NR will probably stick out when folded. Would like to see a photo of it folded with the stock extended to see.

It uses m&p mags, and has controls/grip angle similar to an m&p pistol so it makes sense to me.

Does anyone know if any of the controls are reversible for a lefty?

Looks like a "spray your face with gas and unburnt powder " device for lefties to me.......much like the similarly designed KelTec Sub2000.

Only the mag release. The charging handle is part of the take down systemie it ids the catch for the forearm.

Changing handle is already ambi though isn't it? As well as the slide release? So I guess the mag release is the only thing requiring swapping for it to be lefty friendly? (I haven't watched any vids on this recently, but looking at pics on s&w's site those controls appear ambidextrous to me?)

Could be. But it's not like anyone is making a left handed pcc that I'm aware of? Rugers and hi points and JR Carbines would all be the same more or less wouldn't they?

The JR Carbine and TNW ASR can be converted to left eject, but the mag release is still only on one side.

Suther the charging handle is not reversable. The forearm only unhinges one way. That would leave the mag rekease the only changeable part.

It looks to me like it could be operated from either side once the gun is unfolded? I can't find a good view from the top to see what the shape of the handle is on each side, I'm gonna check some videos later...

The Beretta CX4 Storm is the only Pcc that I am aware of that is completly ambi.

Yep, the CX4 gathering dust in my safe is completely ambidextrous and was pleasure for me to shoot....................at least it was back when I could shoot that super deadly baby killer. Some days now I worry when I open the safe it might jump out and open fire.

Suther the gun only folds one way. If you look at the left side of the receiver there is no ejection port on the left side of the receiver and the side is solid.. the two sides are not mirror images. Note the differences in the hinge.

Take Care.

Wish they could make it with a shorter length of pull.
With a LOP of 14.5 inch, it is too long for me.
I wonder whether this is one of those Eastern Europe import, it seem like those Eastern European guys are really big size, that Springfield Hellion (?) also have a very long LOP.

Made in the USofA. Western N.A. men come in size large too.

Yes i fully understand that. But I don't really give a crap about which way it folds, I'm only concerned about the controls AFTER it's ready to shoot.

K well then you can change the MAG RELEASE to the other side. That's it. A view of the left and right side of the gun will tell you that.

Nah, I bet they just got stuck with the XXL LOP because of the space needed for the buffer tube and that "unique" buttstock.

It's a weird choice (in terms of marketing), because that LOP makes it literally unusable for many. You can always put an extended pad on a too-short gun...
