Do you mean the outside packaging is ripped, or the small seal on the cap? How does your mask look?
 
Mask looks good now that i washed it.. and there is no packaging on the filter and the tape seal from filter cap is torn and cap was rotated a few degrees off line

Ye that’s not good, mask are suppose to be come some what clean too, I know NS is a distributer but do they also do the warranty? If so maybe they can help, or what store did you buy it from?
 
I got mine from frontier outfitters (frontierfirearms.ca) mask was dirty, to the point where it looked used. I should have taken a picture before I washed, I will say the mask looks good after wash and lenses are not scratched. The filter came with no packaging and torn paper tape seal with cap slightly rotated.Would like to see the condition of others filters. I am planning to pick up another filter anyway but not happy the seal is broken and the picture shows it shrink wrapped.

No plastic just sitting in the green med bag on top the un bagged/un-sealed filter. The chem suit was the only thing in plastic here is a pic of filter, mask and the vinyl carry bag exactly as i pulled it out(except i washed the mask and the chem suit is not in pic) (also I call it med bag because it has "medic" written on it with sharpie)

I'm not irritated about the mask, it is what I guess I expected for surplus but the filter is disappointing. Oh well I guess, just going to buy a new filter. Was wondering how others came.

My bag came in a plastic bag but was quite dusty and a bit dirty but sealed filter, my buddies was nice and fresh. So I guess these aren’t all new, conditions do vary a bit.

mine showed up fine.

mask came in the packaged box, with a filter in a sealed bag.

some light dusting of talc powder on the mask
 
Received three medium sets from Army Issue Surplus. All three masks came clean and sealed in their own plastic bag with the water bottle adaptor. The canisters came sealed in their own bags as show in the pictures in this thread. VERY happy with my order, thanks Jeroon!

The OM-90 is the current service gas mask of the Armáda České republiky (Czech army). Its production started in the year 1990.

The facepiece is made of bromobutyl rubber. It's lenses are two circular, forward-looking tempered glass eyepieces optimized for optical use. It features a drinking tube system which is compatible with the camelbak system, and a center primary voice emitter. Breaking away from the previous M10 and M10M series masks, the OM-90 has a textile 5-point head harness. The OM-90 also sports a dual filter port design. That being said, the filter(s) can be inserted on the left side, the right side, or both. Although, it is not uncommon to find the OM-90 with a free port and a plugged second one. It features an oral nasal cup and an inner rubber seal. Th e voice clarity through the emitter is over 95% (as stated by the maker).

Filter: The OM-90 is a STANAG compliant mask, and, when issued in military kit, comes with an OF-90 (Ochranný Filtr 90) filter.

I got mine today and it was brand new not a single mark on it, aswell as the filter was sealed in the foil bag so i'm guessing its good aswell.
