No this does not fit 17 hmr or 22 wmr. If your mags are marked 22 LR/17 hmr, this is a major screw up. My guess your mags say 22 LR/17 hm2, which means 17 Mach II. The 17 Mach II cartridge is a 22 LR Stinger necked down to 17 caliber. The 17 HMR cartridge is a 22 Magnum rimfire necked down to 17 caliber. In CZ magazines, 17 hmr and 22 wmr ammo usually fit in the same magazine. In CZ 22 LR magazines, they will usually work with 17 Mach II ammunition as well.
