The reason I ask is that it appears to be a recent production gun (black controls, unfinished stainless slide) and yet there is no accessory rail. Never seen one like that. Is the gun made in Germany or America?Used, but barely... As you can see, there's a bit of a smudge on the slide there, but the bore looks like it's never seen a bullet.
Sounds goodOooh, even ###ier, thanks!
@Rohann -- If ever I decide to upgrade to an Elite, I'll get in touch!

Huh, you know, I hadn't even noticed the absence of rail... Shows the extent of my noobness. It says "Exeter NH, frame made in Germany" (no mention of Germany on the 9mm, however).
The dealer I bought'em from said he'd gotten them from the RCMP, as they were surplus to their needs. I took that info with a grain of salt since there was no way for me to substantiate it. Could this have something to do with the peculiarity of these guns? Maybe the RCMP has no need for accessories and specifically purchases non railed guns?
Do you like the short trigger? Or prefer the standard?
So you've never shot that blued P226?Thanks kxc223, that explains a lot. You seem to know your Sigs!
Can't say I've ever used a short trigger.
So you've never shot that blued P226?What are you waiting for?
