DIY Annealer almost Complete!-UPDATE...its done.

Hey guys, been working on building an annealer for a while now and its almost done. Just need to finish up the Bowl.





Alright, got it pretty much finished up other than cleaning up some wiring in the back. Overall I'm pretty happy with it. In the video there is some binding that i fixed. I put a bearing in the plate where the bowl shaft goes through which i may remove because its not really needed and I don't think the motor spins 100% true so it cause binding. Of course we got some LED back lighting that I wired into the speed controller so they get brighter the faster you go...lol. The plate in the back of the bowl is threaded so you can adjust the depth for different size cases. Also I didn't really plan for it but it looks like I may be able to put a few on at one time as it only grabs one as long as its not rotating to slow.

I've watched what I assume is the same YouTube video you are watching for how to make that. I'm debating whether this will be a winter project to build, so I'll be watching this thread for updates

now you need some some of interrupting gear/cam on the feed so you can load it up with a dozen cases at a time

Good job. I started with something similar,
but I wasn't sure I was getting consistent results.
I now have a DIY induction annealer made using instructions from a YouTube video.
I feel it is more consistent.
