Starline is good, and durable brass. Somewhat known for doing limited runs of unobtainium and obsolete. Sounds like your going for match quality. Standard for that is either lapua or norma.
I would imagine if you started with a good number, it would be possible to weight sort. Depends on how picky you are, purpose, and the amount of time you spend.
Both have been like finding hen's teeth lately, but what you can get hold of beats going without.
Double Tap has been a good importer of Starline in the past and should still be worth a look.

Does the pistol brass need to be trimmed before use? I need to bump up my stock of 38s&w and have never bought new brass
