Hey. Norinco is now making their own version of the M-14. It will be alot cheaper than the American version.
It looks interesting, Check it out.
Knew that... just didn't remember the name is Norinco M-305.
BTW, I'll never buy an M-14, the M-305 is just more interesting in terms of tinkering and generally having fun.
PP.:)

Actually the new batch of norinco's are stamped M-14s

Hope your not talking about the JAE100, if you meant the one posted by 45acpking, I have to agree.... It kinda made me throw-up in my mouth a little.:puke:

hey each to their own, at least its different from everone elses, you should respect the work & effort hes put into that stock, besides i like it!

if you can give me a honest evaluation of why you don't like the look of the stock i posted.... please do. Some particulars..... she's light unlike most aftermarket stocks, extremely comfortable balancing out the feel of the rifle and the buttstock is positioned for both open sights and scope shooters. The sloped and contoured forestock grip is incredibly comfortable as well, especially for guys who like to hold back near the mag. Also has a lifetime warranty from the stock maker :D

I welcome constructive critisizm so fire away ;)

45ACPKING, I like the styling on your new stock in the way it follows the look of the A2. In fact I'd like a pure and simple A2 clone in fiberglass.

I think the enhanced holding area is a good idea, but I think the aethetics of the way it doesn't visually flow into the stock rearward of it looks too abrupt. Perhaps you can integrate that feature better into the look of the stock beneath the receiver. That is my suggestion regarding its looks.

Keep up the good work.

I agree; I like the rear of the stock as well but at the mag the change in contour seems out of place. Never less it's great to see something different. If the smooth shape of the buttstock was carried through to the ferrule (?) it would look better.

I've handled 45's pistol grip stock and the ergonomics are a vast improvement over the factory one. The rifle comes to the shoulder more naturally and the the eyes align quickly with the sights. I also find that the pistol grip allows for a firmer hold for steadier and quicker mag changes. I haven't shot it but my guess is that the straighter stock and the pistol grip will reduce muzzle rise and allow for faster follow up shots.

I should be careful what info i give out as i am not yet a dealer here. I don't need my knuckles rapped by Greentips again ;) and need to respect site rules.
I do have several stock designs in the works.... and am dead serious about following through with developing this as a business, I will be custom laying each stock by hand, these will not be machine run, I'm having my molds professionally made locally. These will be 100% canadian designed and crafted .... I'll have to put a maple leaf on each stock hehehe. collapsable stocks are indeed in the works, but I can't let the cat outta the bag on that one yet..
I'm not working with a huge budget here, and this has cost a fair bit to get this far  , I have a few surplus stocks in the ee and i'll use them to fund my dealer membership and such :D , hopefully will be able to start advertising in the next couple months...... I've already said too much... so... your comments and criticisms are welcome
