Technically that’s not a TUA, but the FIST anti-tank or forward controller M113.

I've always wondered about the TUA acronym...

It isn't technically under armour, but over it, so it should be TOA.

But then I guess you'd have a bunch of stuff thrown out there like TOW TOA and references to Africa and Wizard of Oz and other nonsense....maybe.

It's because the operator is under armour and not exposed like in a jeep or an Iltis in Canada's case.
