Hi all. Just wondering about others experiences with Canada Ammo. I purchased an M&P 40 from them and have found communication to be pretty much non-existant. Without going into details, I just wanted some feedback from others whom have purchased from them before. Previous dealings which did not involve a purchase were very different, with emails returned within the specified 24 hour limit. But Now I don't even know what the status of my purchase is. Money is gone, but no word on whether transfer is underway etc. I'd asked to keep me posted as well.

Anyhow, I am assuming it is that they are busy catching up from orders and work during SHOT, but just wanted to gauge everyone elses response. Do you feel they are under staffed or anything, or is this just a 'bad time' to place an order with them?

PS - Not bad mouthing them at all, Chris seems a great cat to deal with, very pleasant to speak with. My only concern is lack of communication regarding my first purchase from them.

Yes, I've tried to call. I got through once when I was checking what the hold up was on the EMT reception. A few hours later it was received. But since then I've had difficulty, having called 3 times now, each time receiving message machine. I didn't bother leaving any messages, as the last time I did, it was not returned. I will just keep trying.

But yes stan, that seems to be the general consensus here, CanadaAmmo being a top notch dealer right up there with Wolverine. I am hoping this is the exception, not the norm, as I am very interested in the TAVOR, and they seem to be the only ones offering them at this time.
 
I got my Glock from them with the free shipping. Both communication and shipping were trouble-free and prompt.
 
Nothing but great experiences with Canada Ammo. I have bought a G17, a S&W M&P and a Gizz870 on 3 seperate occassions and everytime the communication was great and the shipping was speedy.

Slavex - Someone is back, because I did call Monday to remind them of an EMT that was waiting for acceptance for 5 days (Thursday it was sent, when Chris state they'd be back in a prior email). Monday about 2 hours after phone call I received confirmation regarding EMT reception. I have one email returned since, and that was Monday as well.
 
Just got off the phone with Chris (I think it was Chris anyhow) and yes, they are backed right up, currently processing orders even from end of January. So yeah, I'm going with the "Exception to the rule" thing here. Sounds like a great guy, and regardless of this experience, I'll likely purchase from them again. CASE CLOSED!
 
We have several hundred emails not yet read. We are just getting through the orders from SHOT. Mark, the new guy, started on Monday. So we should get a handle on the back log by next week.

I ordered a grizzly on Monday and it arrived Friday.Bought a couple cases of target loads and a case of clays:D:D.I wonder if I can hit any with a 12 inch barrel?Now am waiting for the Tavor to show up:D Neighbours are going to love me :D
