Nice looking....maybe double check on the folding stock though...with that shorty barrel on there, the OAL looks less than 26"..might have to fix that stock in the open position...
 
there are two different barrels that come with this kit
16" threaded and 10.5" threaded
with the 10.5" it would be considered restricted
but with the 16" it's considered non-restricted

Your wrong.

The barrel length has nothing to do with it......Overall length does.....

Double check your info......

i'm well aware of that.
however when you have the 10.5" barrel on a folding stock it is under 26" by far, considered restricted,
16" barrel on a folding stock comes to be 25.25", under 26" but still considered non-restricted

How do you figure under 26" is still non-res?
 
so close to 26" that it made it through (of course this is just when the stock is folded) actual oal is 35"
 
They were brought into Canada in two barrel lengths so that individuals could either have a folder w/16in bbl or a fixed stock w/10in bbl and a welded open stock. Give the importers and dozens of other people with this kit some credit, somebody's measuring is off and I'll bet it's not them
