Agreed. I think they missed the mark a bit with the weight. Way too heavy for its intended purpose. I’d be ok with a pound over the short action.

I thought when I looked at it that a carbon barrel could be a good addition to the package. One part of the page says 8lbs and the other says 8.9lbs so that's a point that needs to be clarified.
