Huh?
Primer= more like $0.10
Bullet = cast...so?...$0.01
Brass = $0 (reuse stock)
Powder= okay, maybe $0.40

Total per count=$0.51 x 20= $10.20

And no, I'm not going to count in my time or equipment unless you want to talk about shipping rates.

You would have to be an idiot to buy .303Br. at $4 a round!? It can sit on the shelves and oxidize at that price. I simply refuse to pay it.

Where are you finding LR primers for $100 / brick? Last I looked it was more like $200 - $400 a brick.

HUH!!!

maybe you should put the pain-killers aside, crawl out from under your rock and check the prices.

I will take 10,000 from your large rifle primers right now!!!!!

Forget your lousy cast bullets, the ammo offered here comes with jacketed bullets.

$1.00 for 303 brass is actually a very good price! But you reuse old stock which comes from where? Chances are that you paid for the brass.

Your calculation is not even nonsense, it's total rubbish!

Cast bullets generally shoot way better out of lee enfields bc they can be sized to bore specs.

Primers are about .22 cents each right now.

Even with todays prices and Speer hot core 180gr I can reload .303 for about $21 a box.

Cast bullets are not up for discussion here.

The ammo offered @ $36.00, is PRVI SP with jacketed bullets, therefore you can't compare that price with your cast bullet ammo.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still very interested to buy 10,000 large rifle primers for $0.10 each!!!!!!!!!!

It’s not junk, if your shooting it out of a LE your rifle may not like it due to bore size. My ‘43 LB no.4 loves it, shoots 1.25”-1.75” 5 shot groups @ 100m if I do my part. It’s just Speer hot core, kills deer dead.

For the price it isn’t worth it brass is not as good as prvi. Biggest issue I have with prvi is boat tail bullets .303 shoots best with flat base.

Comprehension issues?

The question is not, what is better or worse, cast bullets vs jacketed.

Enfields come in all kinds of bore sizes, have 2 grooves, 4 grooves, 5 grooves and even 6 grooves bores. I am convinced that not all ammo shots well in all those rifles, but this is not up for discussion.

The OP posted a great deal for 303 British ammo, but painkiller immediately dismissed the offer as too expensive, then he came up with his flawed math skills, trying to prove who knows what.

It’s a good deal for loaded ammo for sure.
