Its a gift card.
Use it like cash to buy something and if there is a balance it will be on the card.
Tey usually will have an expiry date , but i doubt you will worry about that if it holds a value or under $100.00.
As for the one that never arrived, contact Bushnell direct and they should follow up.

I got one also and I was also expecting a cheque.
First thing to do is to go online and validate your card, if all goes smoothly what you will be holding in your hand is a prepaid card.
Use it like cash (except where there are restrictions) you can also go online to see the balance of your card.
Expiry on my card is September 2024
