I’m not sure if I posted this question before , if so my apologies. .
I’m in the LowerMainland of B.C. Have any of you fellas out here taken a Handgun / Pistol handling course , if so by who ?
I guess I should look into my gun club and see if they offer one

The best pistol instructors in BC are without a doubt BC Firearms Academy. Their instructors are top class, they offer many different courses from entry handgun to advanced competition shooting depending on how far you want to pursue it.
I’ve shot with most of their instructors and they are very skilled and knowledgeable, can’t go wrong with them.
 
Thanks for the replies fellas it will help . I bought 3 pistols when the Sock Boy announced his tyrant freeze so I want to take a course it two before I pick up any bad habits .

Good call, I wish I had done it as soon as I bought my first. I would’ve saved money on ammo the first year instead of trying to figure it out myself and watching YouTube videos, nothing like having someone teach you the fundamentals and critique you in person.
 
Glad I’m not alone Butcherbill ! I have had them sitting in the safe since I purchased them . Life throws curve balls and things get left .I’ll get to it soon as my severely sprained ankle mends .

You’ll be out the gate and running with a good fundamentals lvl1 class, it was immediately noticeable how my groups looked. I took pics of targets from my last range trip before the course and from the course.
 
Pop by Semiahmoo Fish & Game tonight (Wed) at 7pm. I’ll show you the proper grip so you can dryfire properly until you get back on your feet.
