+++++ ZF4/N aus JENA rifle scope +++++

Anybody know this type of scope.

For a sporting rifle or a military sniper rifle?

made in ex east germany or ddr. does it come with a mount or not? you can have it on brno that will make an excellent eastern pack hunting rifle. you might contact docter that is the actual jena zeiss old name. should come with leather lenses covers and a strange canvas roll over scope protection.

i do not think it was ever used as a real sniper scope but certainly a good evolution of the ww2 zf4 ...

I think that is what I have on my Brno ZH304 combo!

Somehow ended up with a ZF6, nice optic... but yet to find a use for it, as you need some very specific mounts for them.

BRNO had mounts for them, to use on their 6xx rifles

Excellent scopes! But very difficult to mount on another rifle. If you have a BRNO to put it on, it would make a great period specific combo.
